Today uhhs.

Go to Plaza first ><
i thought they all ready le..
than they suddenly say Alina still sleeping .
than sooo long , i go marcus house loh ,
go awhile .. than they at mac, waiting for me .
after that we decided to go CCK Stadium , go run 3 laps ,
than go gym ,
hahas , at there many many equipments,
tried some ..
soo fun ,
and tiring.
after that go lot 1 , walk walk , than i go home le ,
go home rest uh ,
dun wan go out .
hahas ,i stretch .. than my neck area , there muscle pain ,
like cramp ,
